The standard size for real estate signs is 18x24. This totals the 3 square
feet maximum that municipal sign ordinances usually allow without
a permit.
The prices below are for double sided 18"x24"panels with a two color
imprint on a white panel and a full color agent photo up to 5x7", if you
wish to include one. Price per sign.

stakes. Orders can be split with multiple phrases or other people you know.
