RUSH JOBS & RUSH CHARGES: The industry standard of charging
an exorbitant fee for working a little harder and faster to meet your deadline
is something Rocket Signs doesn't do. Rocket Signs has a reputation
for working 24 hours a day during busy periods to get orders done on time.

Please be advised that rush jobs are often "squeezed" into an already

IT'S ON TIME OR YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If you tell
your sales rep about a deadline, Rocket Signs can usually guarantee that
your order ships in time for your deadline. If it doesn't, a 100% REFUND
of your payment or deposit will be issued. When a challenging deadline
is received, the order will ship via a guaranteed shipping service.
Shipping service is usually guaranteed for commercial addresses only.
Unfortunately, refunds can not be issued if the delay is due to shipping
carrier delays including, but not limited to: labor strikes, inclement
weather, or extremely remote addresses.
If a deadline can be guaranteed, and you want to take advantage of the
money back offer, please request a guarantee certificate. If you need to
file a claim due to a missed deadline, you will need to present the certificate.
Without the certificate, there is no written documentation to show the
guarantee was made. Guarantee certificates are issued by fax or e-mail
and should be kept in a safe place.
It doesn't matter if the work has already been completed, a deadline
guarantee is still valid and a refund would still be issued. In cases where
shipments were sent out with enough time to arrive by the deadline as stated
by the carrier's time in transit timeline, and the shipment is lost, late,
or delayed due to weather or other causes, there would not be a refund
issued unless a refund is issued by the carrier. In most cases, if the
shipment is lost, there is a refund issued by the carrier. Unfortunately,
the carriers are usually not liable for date sensitive shipments that have
been delayed, especially weather delays. This offer is only valid if the
terms and conditions of sale have been satisfied.
Refunds for late orders are only issued if the order is sent back to
a Rocket Signs facility in new, unused condition.
EXTRA CHARGES & FEES: Unless otherwise stated, expect
the prices to be "all-inclusive" and will arrive at your door at that price,
ready to use. The only extra charge that may be a concern is sales tax.
If an order is being exported, you will be responsible for all duties and
tariffs when it enters your country.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER: Rocket Signs does not charge freight, shipping,
or handling for the lower 48 United States. The free shipping is
usually UPS Ground, or the least expensive carrier or service. If
you require a faster service, such as next day air and second day shipping
is available at an additional, but discounted charge.
PAYMENT:Rocket Signs
requires 100% advance payment before the production will begin. Purchase orders can also be used in conjuntion with an open account which can also be used upon acceptance of a signed credit application.
You can pay with any of these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card or American Express. Debit and cash cards with any of the
logos shown below are also accepted.
You can also pay with a personal or company check, by faxing the check.
Rocket Signs is set up to accept checks that are faxed in. Sending
a check via fax is totally secure. The funds are not electronically
debited, nor is any access to your account granted to Rocket Signs.
The bank processes the payment from the faxed copy. You do not need
to mail the original. The check is processed like a regular check, although
when you receive your canceled checks, you will have a different looking
bank draft for this transaction. Faxing a check is more secure than
mailing it, which can get lost in the mail. Rocket Signs tries to
avoid receiving advance payments by mail for this reason, so there is no
conflict. Production will start from the date the check clears which is
3-5 days from receipt of the check. For fastest service, pay by credit
card.
C.O.D.'s or cash on delivery has not been an effective way to process
payments quickly, therefore C.O.D. is not offered in most cases.
If you are not comfortable with paying in advance, please ask for references that you may call
prior to ordering to verify Rocket Signs' reputation.
RETURNED CHECKS: A $39 fee for checks returned regardless
of the reason.
CREDIT: Rocket Signs offers open account terms if you are
a customer that orders frequently and are creditworthy as determined by
credit reports and/or credit references. Please ask your sales rep for
an application if you are interested.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: Rocket Signs stands behind all work
100%. If there is ever anything that is keeping you from loving what
you got, please let Rocket Signs know so that any problem can be fixed.
Because custom products are not restockable or reusable, it is not customary
to issue refunds. Repair, or replacement on defective material or
problems with workmanship is offered instead.
Please notify Rocket Signs with problems with your order within a reasonable
amount of time to ensure prompt handling. Within 5 days from delivery
is best.
Please be 100% sure that you want or need what you are ordering, before
you order it. Production begins immediately on most orders, and canceling
an order might be impossible. If it is possible, and any work has
been done, a partial refund may be issued.
WARRANTIES: Manufacturers warranties on material are honored
when available. Warranties are not available on all products, however
if your sign is defective and does not last as long as it is stated in
the product description, please call and it will be researched and possibly
repaired or you will be issued a replacement.
LEGAL USE OF THESE PRODUCTS: Rocket Signs makes no guarantees
that any of these products conform with your local sign laws, zoning or
building codes. Please check your local, county and state ordinances
before you order. Orders can not be returned if you later determine
they are not legal in your area. The use of these products is at your own
risk and you agree to indemnify and save harmless Rocket Signs, employees
and assigns against all claims for damages to persons or property by reason
of use of the products ordered, and all expenses incurred by us thereof,
including attorney's fees and court costs.
